To receive an invitation to the 2025 Life of the Party trip, a Consultant must qualify as a 2025 Life of the Party member with Diamond, Black Diamond, Pink Diamond, Empire Diamond, Imperial, or Legacy Access by accumulating the required amount of Personal Volume (PV) between June 1, 2024 and May 31, 2025.
You will be responsible for booking your own flight. A travel reimbursement of $500 per attendee will be issued to the qualifying Consultant after the Life of the Party trip has ended, and you have checked-in to the event. This reimbursement should be used to help cover the cost of flights and all transportation to and from each airport. Any travel costs (including miscellaneous fees charged by the airline) that may exceed the $500 reimbursement per attendee will be the responsibility of the Consultant.
You will be responsible for coordinating all travel, including any flight changes or cancellations. We encourage you to pay close attention to your arrival and departure dates, as well as the terms of the Letter of Agreement that require attendance at all portions of the event.
The cost of your hotel stay at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas during the Diamond Life of the Party trip will be covered by Paparazzi. Paparazzi will book rooms for those attending, but will not coordinate extended stays. Each attendee will need to provide a credit card at check-in to place on file for incidentals. Paparazzi will not cover any additional room charges (room service, gift shop, spa, etc.) If you apply any room charges to your room, your card on file will be charged.
The Diamond Life of the Party trip is an exclusive experience for qualifying Consultants ONLY, with one exception: Consultants who have achieved Imperial or Legacy access may bring one guest (spouse or co-owner).
No other guests, including spouses, will be permitted. If your Consultantship is shared with a spouse or business partner, you must decide which account representative will attend.
Consultants who violate this policy will forfeit their invitation to all future Paparazzi events, and their account may also be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
There will be a welcome dinner on the evening of the first day. Check-in time at The Venetian Resort begins at 3:00 PM.
The final day of the event is reserved strictly for traveling, so you will be checking out of the hotel that morning. Check out time at The Venetian Resort is 11:00 AM.
The dress code for the duration of the event will be considered, “dressy casual,” meaning, please dress comfortably, but professionally. Jeans and t-shirts are just fine. The average temperatures in Las Vegas at this time of year range from highs in the mid 90's to lows in the 70's.
Your presence at Paparazzi events is highly valued and appreciated as it contributes to the overall success of the event. Our event attendance policy plays a crucial role in maintaining a professional environment and positive experience for all attendees. Please note that Consultants who fail to attend after submitting an RSVP may forfeit their invitation to all future events, may be responsible for any or all expenses incurred, and may also be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of the Consultant’s account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a positive and productive event.
Each attendee will have their own private room.
The Venetian Resort is minutes away from the Harry Reid International Airport! There are a variety of transportation options available upon arrival that will get you there in no time including Uber, Lyft, taxis, private transfers, etc. Paparazzi will not coordinate transportation between the airport and The Venetian Resort.

We encourage you to review cancellation fees and policies surrounding your own personal travel. If you feel you’ll need flexibility to fit your personal circumstances, we encourage you to purchase travel insurance when planning your trip. Paparazzi is not responsible for fees or penalties associated with changes to airline travel.
Of course! You can stay at The Venetian Resort for as long as you would like. Paparazzi will provide lodging for the duration of the event only. Paparazzi will not coordinate extended stays.
We recommend bringing something you feel comfortable taking notes on during our day at the Paparazzi Corporate Office. Please note that storage space is unavailable for items such as large bags or laptops, so please make sure you are comfortable carrying them with you during the tour.
ABSOLUTELY! A variety of event photographers will be available to capture memories throughout the trip. We will also be posting throughout the entire trip on our Paparazzi social media stories. Photos taken by our event photographers will be posted after the event at paparazzieventpics.com.
